两张海报、一个讲台和一场紧张的演讲
在明亮又快乐的动物学院里，有一个开满五颜六色鲜花、长着高大树木的可爱小地方。空气中充满了兴奋的气息。今天是盛大的才艺表演日！所有小动物都在准备展示自己的特别才艺。 在这些小动物中，有一只毛茸茸的小白兔，名叫皮平。皮平非常害羞，但是他很喜欢跳舞。他每天都在自己温暖舒适的小兔洞里练习，随着喜欢的歌曲转圈、蹦跳。可是今天，他感到有些紧张。因为在表演之前，他还要先讲一段关于跳舞的话！
皮平站在讲台前，小心脏怦怦直跳。舞台上装饰着两张又大又漂亮的海报。一张海报上画着一位优美的舞者，正跳到空中；另一张海报上画着一棵戴着滑稽帽子、咧嘴大笑的鲜绿色西兰花！观众们有快乐的小松鼠，还有咯咯笑的小鸟。他们都在热切地等待着。 皮平身边站着一只高大又友善的长颈鹿，名叫金吉尔。金吉尔有一副非常好听的歌喉。“你可以做到的，皮平！只要深深地吸一口气。”她鼓励着他，一双棕色的大眼睛闪烁着善意的光芒。皮平点了点头，可他的爪爪还是忍不住发抖。 轮到皮平时，他蹦蹦跳跳地来到讲台前。“呃，大家好。”他小声地吱吱说道，声音抖得像一片树叶。“我是皮平，今天我要为大家跳舞！”观众们拍起了手，皮平觉得自己勇敢了一点点。
他看了看跳舞的海报，又想到了那棵戴着滑稽帽子的西兰花。“跳舞很有趣，就像西兰花很健康一样！”他努力回想着练习过的话。观众们看着有趣的西兰花，咯咯地笑了起来。皮平接着说：“我跳舞的时候，觉得又快乐又自由！”他的小爪爪开始动起来，为表演做好准备。
皮平最后深深地吸了一口气，然后开始跳舞。他一会儿转圈，一会儿跳跃，毛茸茸的小尾巴也跟着一蹦一蹦的。观众们欢呼起来，还拍着小爪爪、扑扇着翅膀。皮平感到跳舞的快乐充满了自己的心！ 跳完舞后，皮平轻轻地鞠了一躬。观众们立刻欢呼起来，掌声像潮水一样响亮，让他觉得自己是世界上最快乐的小兔子。金吉尔骄傲地笑了，就连海报上的西兰花好像也高兴得扭起身子来！ 表演结束后，皮平明白了：虽然一开始他紧张得直发抖，但是分享自己对跳舞的喜爱，真是一件值得的事。他看着金吉尔说：“谢谢你相信我！”金吉尔点点头说：“你表现得棒极了，皮平！记住，每一次跳舞，你都会把快乐带给身边的每一个人。” 听了这话，皮平感到又骄傲又开心。他知道，自己已经和朋友们分享了一件特别的事情。那次盛大的才艺表演，他永远也不会忘记——那里有欢笑、勇气，还有一点点跳舞的魔法！
